In 1992 Jim and ten co-workers founded ObjecTime Limited as a spin-off from BNR. As President and CEO, Jim led ObjecTime to become a world-leader in real-time software development tools. ObjecTime Limited was acquired by Rational Software in 2000. Jim spent the next two years as a Senior Vice President at Rational helping to build a new generation of software development tools. Jim is now engaged in helping startup companies to grow.
