With more than 25 years of experience in the development, marketing and implementation of telecommunications products and applications, Seth has led the creation and adoption of innovative technologies and applications. He is the founder and CEO of Emediate Networks, a leader in providing advanced customer interaction and support platforms and applications. Prior to Emediate, Seth was the General Manager of Network Products and the Vice President of Marketing at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, where he spearheaded the effort to develop network-provisioned computer telephony integration (CTI). Seth spent 19 years at Nortel, in product development, business development and marketing in U.S. and Canada. Seth is a graduate of McGill University in Electrical Engineering.
